                           Arhai is project founded 1998 by composer and singer Jovana Backovic.

           It begun as piano - flute duo. As time passed,it grown to ensemble consisting of nine musicians,

           six instrumentalists and tree female singers, which performed on first release"Mysterion".

                 This sound was almost completely acoustic, as it embodies fusion of the ambient sound

                                                          with traditional music of the Balkans.

             Due to this specific mixture of sounds, Arhai's music is usually listed within broad genre

                                                                          of world music.

                                        At this moment, second release is in process of recording -

                                                first samples will soon be available to listen.
